It's the last post of the year and I'm rather sad ( more like , surprised ) that I do not have anything fancy or rich in entertainment to tell you all .

Just the old and regular blogger who blogs his utterly distinguished yet interesting life that he has come to know and love .

So , what have I have in store for you guys today ?

Well .. let's start with this .

Sherlock Holmes

I only have one word for this movie .

Brilliant . Utterly and undisputedly brilliant !

I don't know if the word '' undisputedly '' even exists but nevertheless !

This movie stars Robert Downey Jr and Jude Law directed by Guy Ritchie . This movie revolved around , well ..

Sherlock Holmes of course .

YOU have to watch this while it's still available in the cinemas . I have no words to describe this brilliant and fantastically done movie . It is one of the most cleverly planned movies I have ever seen in my life . I am pretty sure that the directors and producers have dilligently done their homework about the story play .

Oh yeah , did I mention this show was BRILLIANT ?

Okay . I'll say it one more time .

Brilliant !

I have to say that Robert Downey Jr. is an excellent actor . He somehow manages to make himself look like an ordinary slop with his filthy bedroom and his out-of-control hairstyle and yet , execute his role as the legendary detective Sherlock Holmes perfectly .

And what about Jude Law ? Well . If I needed a sidekick , I'l pick him anytime , at any place .

But sadly , there wasn't the scene where Sherlock mentions his FAMOUS catch phrase ,

" It's elementary , my dear Watson ''

I mean , that's the his signature catch phrase that made him the legend he is today ! Perhaps the directors missed that part out or something o.o

Anyways .. I strongly suggest you catch this movie immediately ! Once you start watching this exciting and thrilling movie , I'm sure you'd be hooked on it as tightly as I do .


And , I smell a sequel to this movie ( God , I hope so . This movie is brilliant ! )

Lady Gaga

My dear friends .. This is perhaps one of the greatest singer/dancer I have yet seen in my life .

She's a fantastic singer/song writer and a skilled dancer . She's one heck of a kind and she might just be the one talented enough to replace Michael Jackson .

She's none other than the great , Lady Gaga !

Why am I blogging about her ?

Simple .


It's because there is not ONE song she has made that I do not like .

Unlike other singers that do not have the consistency to produce great songs ( an exception to Michael Jackson )

Back in the days , we all heard for the first time " Just Dance " by Lady Gaga . At that time , we were all mesmerized by this unheard-of singer at that time by the way her genre of song and the way she has presented it . It was , '' okay '' for a first timer .

Then , she produced another hit single " Poker Face "' that stunned the world as she gathers more and more fans from all countries world wide .
The song was " great and catchy " at that time .

After that , she once again managed to make another song called " Love Game " . I don't know about you guys but at that time I already was '' Gaga-ing '' over most of her songs , playing them over and over again on the computer .

Next , she once again made another smash hit named " Paparazzi " which is my all time favorite . Since it's release , the song is still my favorite and it is also the most-played song of the season ( more exactly , to me of course ) .
Right now , I consider her as one of the greats !

And lastly , we have " Bad Romance " .


I'm telling ya' . She is now by far one of the most recogniseable superstars of all time . And don't get me started about her videos .

Once again , WOW !

Yes , her dance moves are quite random and unseen before but that's what make her unique . She's the only one ( besides MJ ) to be able to dance THAT WAY and still be considered as a shockingly talented dancers . In other words , she's the only one that can dance THAT weird and still look so cool at the same time .

This goes to the way she dresses as well . It might look outrageous with giant shoulder ribbons or mickey mouse sunglasses or polka dotted mini dresses . But there's just something about her that doesn't make her look like a freak ( to me , of course ) . I think it's the mind-boggling , hypnotic songs and dance moves she is able to perform that just , makes everything less important .




I know a good song when I hear one . To as well as a good movie .

And I definitely know that she is , in fact , a fantastic superstar .

I know . I'm going Gaga all over her songs !

And I'm loving every moment of it .

Hello peeps !

As of the 31th December 2009 , my blog will undergo a huge transformation to welcome the New Year of 2010 !

I am quite satisfied with the number of people that has visited my blog for the past year and I give millions of thanks to you . I dearly hope it will remain the same way ( or maybe I'll have more visitors next year , perhaps ).

I have received quite a number of tips by my dear readers who use their precious time to email me some useful suggestions about what they would like to see next year .

I will try my best to apply as many of the ideas ( the logical ones , only ) into my blog to make sure that YOU readers , the blood and vessel of my blog , keep coming back for more !

There are going to be lots of changes ( I hope ) as a sign of goodwill and a will to change for the new year . So , to my fellow readers of all age and gender ..

I do hope that the change of my blog means as an apology to those who I have offended throughout the year of blogging .

It's just that I simply love to blog !

Of course . Some of the characteristics of this blog will remain the same but with a few minor change here and there . This is because I wanna' keep some of Romanza-Jaden's originality for next year's edition .

Thus , whatever the changes there may be I do hope that you will continue to enjoy reading the contents of my blog as much as I do love blogging for you .

So , here it is . My New Year's Resolution for the year 2010 !



1 ) Be better in my studies ( especially Maths )

2 ) Play a game of fantastic tennis

3 ) Be better in badminton so that I can represent school and not get kicked out at the first round .

4 ) Try my best to make other people laugh even more when they most need it

5 ) Treat everyone the way I want them to treat me (even if some of those obnoxious people who does neither)

6 ) Get myself a nice pair of shoes

7 ) Spend less , save more

8 ) Learn to let loose and be even more outgoing than I already am

9 ) Work out till' the results are obvious

10 ) Win a game of arm wrestling ( I know . Weakling )

11 ) Watch Phineas & Ferb more often

12 ) To be even more sentimental

13 ) Do more charity work

14 ) For the love of God , try to find a new and simple to go with hairstyle

15 ) Gain some weight

16 ) I never really understood the meaning of the phrase "they accepted it as being of course"

17 ) Learn to make a complete course dinner

18 ) Be more of a friend ( be best friends ) with HER ..

19 ) Learn to do a backstroke

20 ) Progress with caution


I'm sure there are many more New Year's Resolutions I have and wish to do .

But I'm pretty sure you readers are quite fed-up with my continuous rattling .

Andrea Bocelli's latest album ,
My Christmas .

I absolutely love this album . It is by far the best album the great Andrea Bocelli has produced in co-operation with the star-finder , David Foster .

I really really love almost every song in this album . Especially track number 6 " What Child Is This " .

Other songs are cool too but I love track number 6 the most .

And so does Oprah !

I can't buy this because it costs RM 70 ! If only someone with a golden heart is willing to buy me this album , I'd love him/her forever .

Christmas Day

Merry Christmas !

This is my first post when it comes to Christmas . And I call this , the " Christmas Edition Special " !

Yes . It's that time of year , where everyone comes together for the holidays . The time where we gather round a warm fireplace and a beautifully decorated christmas tree .

I doubt there's a fireplace in the residences of Subang Jaya . But , I think there's definitely those hardcore Christmas fans that will not only put up a decorated tree , but also a dummy of Saint Nick himself right in the center of the living room .

There's the Christmas turkey , Christmas socks hung above the fireplace , Christmas lights and eggnogs for all ages regardless its ingredients .

Stereos and CD players are put to the test as they play Christmas songs from the same CD over , and over again for the whole day .

Not to mention , the garden outside covered by a bed of snow with children playing snowball fights to as well as making giant snowmans .



Unfortunately , in Malaysia , that's rarely the case .

Nevertheless , I'm pretty sure that we Malaysians have our own special way of celebrating Christmas , Malaysian style , that makes our rendtition of Christmas that much more meaningful.

What about my family's Christmas activity ?

For Christmas !

Today , I woke up with a fair and cloudy sky which means there is no blazing sunlight at all to ruin what's suppose to be a cool and cold day ( in Europe , it is ) .

Anyways , after treating myself to some of my mother's homemade Christmas pies , I played MapleStory for a few hours and later went to The Curve with my family .

As usual , like any other shopping mall the place was brightly lit up with decorations and Christmas lights galore!

The beauty of the mall can only be defined with the word " splendid " and " amazing " . No other words seem to fit the bill .

We walked , and walked till our feets could not . But , nothing could dampen the spirit of our Christmas shopping and so , we walked on and on visiting not only The Curve , but Ikano Power Centre as well .

When we first arrived , we had A&W as a light snack ( a meal totalling up to RM 40 is not really that light anymore ) . After that we dropped by at Harvey Norman to view furnitures and electronics of all kind . There really was a whole lotta' furniture there as we sat on almost every chair and sofa there is .

I even managed to find the ' Reclining Section ' where there are various recliners on sale . Of course , if you watched an episode or two of " Friends " , you will learn that recliners are quite famous in that show but , let's not go there . Shall we not ?

After that , had dinner at the Chicken Rice Shop . And my God .. the amount of food we ordered was simply attrocious .

I mean , seriously . We had like 5 plates of roasted chicken and a few plates of bean sprouts to go with it .

And we ate , and ate till' there was nothing left to salvage .

You know , I used to think that the Chicken Rice Shop was a non-halal restaurant , which turns out is not . Ah , how disappointed I was ..

Right after spending an hour or so continuing our shopping desires , we decided it's best to head back home to execute one of the oldest and most noble Christmas traditions available in my family .

Unfortunately , we were out of hot chocolate so .. Milo will do the trick . Besides ,

There were homemade chocolate cookies too which means , an extra Christmas delight !


But I decided to skip the cookies for two reasons .

1 ) I wanted to keep my dear blog readers updated on my Christmas day !

2 ) There's still tonnes of chicken rice left in my stomach .



Overall , it was a great Christmas day . Full of joy and laughter . One would hope my life will continue this way for as long as I breathe .

I did not eat turkey or drink eggnogs .

Did not have an oversized tree or a fancy fireplace to warm our buttocks at . But still ,

My family and I were able to make Christmas Day even more meaningfull just by laughing ( a lot ) and spending time together .


And if you ask me , I think that's what Christmas is all about .

Need I say more ?

I don't know if there is such thing as " H1N1 Special Brew " or " Powderfull Wong Lo Kat " . I took these pictures on my way back from temple after a few hours of charity work . I'm quite satisfied with my work as I feel much more , '' merited '' .

More suffice , to be exact knowing that the deeds I have may will contribute to the results of my PMR examinations . But , enough of that .

Lets move on .

After that , my brother and I walked to a herbal drink shop just a stone's throw away . And there it was ..

Two ultra rare , ultra special , ultra sounds-ultra-but-is-practically-useless types of drinks .

And it had come to our attention that my little cousin consumed 6 cups of those H1N1 Special Brew . So , I'm pretty sure no H1N1 disease will ever infect him .


Now . I think there are two possibilities that might just be the case .

1 ) He was trying to inforce the fact that his drink can actually , possibly , might of actually possibly prevent the ever-violent H1N1 disease or

2 ) He invented a deadly brew that gives you the notorious H1N1 disease instead or

3 ) It's just a drink .


But what about the powderfull Wong Lo Kat beverage huh ?

It sounds like one of those ancient Chinese drink for drunken masters that boosts their outer physic and inner cock . Again , there are numerous possibilities to why this drink is known as powderfull Wong Lo Kat.

1 ) Maybe it's one of those powder-based Wong Lo Kat drink that gives you a kick in the morning or night or

2 ) It could be one of those infamous typo-errors that gets most college students expelled from their campus or

3 ) The owner of this shop has no sense of vocabulary whatsoever .


Still , we musn't take these ridiculous-named drinks for granted . I ordered myself a bottle of that '' Powderfull Wong Lo Kat '' and it ain't half bad !

Not bad at all !

Tennis ace Roger Federer's not a man used to bowing under pressure.

But after repeated requests from friends and family to release an updated photo of his twin daughters, the Wimbledon champion has succumbed .

And thanks to Facebook , his legion of devotees have been appeased .

Speaking of tennis , I myself have an announcement .


I am making a comeback in the sport of badminton .

The reason is as so :

1 ) Much of my dismay , this is a decision I am forced to make . Tennis is a sport whereby if you are to be good at it ( I mean , being the real stuff ) you'll have to start out young .
The sport I started out young is in fact badminton and that is why I play it as it is . But that does not mean I do not enjoy the game of tennis .

I'll happily accept any tennis challenge or game with anyone , at anytime . It's just that I think it's more wise of me to continue a sport I am good at ( I mean , really good ) .

Thus , I bid my trainings and my future as a tennis player goodbye , and hello to a whole new year of badminton.

An Eye For An Eye Makes Everyone Blind .

Hello my fellow readers !

I'm glad that you all are paying attention to my oh-so boring but weird life on mine . It's surprising that there's a 4.78% drop in terms of visitors this week .

Maybe I'm not blogging enough .

Well , it's just that I don't have much to tell . It's been a good holiday and speaking of which , is coming to a screeching halt .

It's not that I have not enjoyed this well-deserved holiday , but I feel that I could have done more ( or the holidays could have been longer ) to really satisfy my weird but wonderful party quirks .

Yesterday , Aaron , Adrian and myself played a game of DOTA . I think it is easily one of the best moments of Aaron-madness I have witnessed in my life .

Due to the unforeseen leavers of the opponent's team , Aaron volunteered to join the opposing side and become a spy ( one who feeds and gives out information about the other team ) .

And so , begins the Aaron-madness 2009 !

He pretends to be a total idiot by walking straight into the tower screaming " Okay ! I go mid come fight with you " , and all he does is run around the tower being bombarded by attacks .

And when he dies ( on purpose , of course ) he goes ,

" Wow ! Why you so pro wan ? "

Another laugh out loud situation is when he dies charging towards me while my teammate helps me by attacking him , he shouts out loud ,

" WALAO , kena gb ! "

It's a classic moment of Sergent Doofus at his best .

I'm telling you guys . I really couldn't resist laughing my butt off seeing as how Aaron runs around , charging straight into the base and dies .

That really made my day .

CHRISTMAS DAY
IS AROUND THE CORNER !

Christmas is coming ! Christmas is coming !

Have you been a good individual or not ? Santa sees all ~~~

Anyways , I'm planning to buy myself a present for Christmas . A self-bought Christmas present only for me and me only . Haha .

Sounds pathetic , no ? Well . That's what happens when your the youngest in the family with no one that gives a shit about you .

And right after Christmas , it's the celebration of a New Year !

There's defintely booze and movies all round . And of course the ever-traditional plan of staying up till' the strike of twelve , ending the day with the jovial scream of ,

HAPPY NEW YEAR !

It's been like a family tradition that will take place every year whether we like it or not . Sometimes , even without us knowing it .

God , my PMR results is comin' out on the 24th December ! Which is , next week .

Basically , I have pretty much no idea what my results will turn out to be . Now's the perfect moment to play the song " How Do You Sleep " by Jesse McCartney because , seriously guys ..


How DO you sleep at night knowing that one of the most important results that will indirectly affect your life , is coming out next week .. ?

I have no idea .

But , I'll just have to learn to make my bed and lay in it . Or ,

I could just take sleeping pills . A bunch of them ..

Hello earthlings !


Nothing much has happened so far .

I mean , it's awfully quiet since the last time I had lots to say . Surprisingly , I'm blogging at 7.30 in the morning.

Well , the good news is that my desktop is finally repaired and I am able to continue my quest of being a loyal Mapler .

There's this new thing called Aran , which basically is a character that uses fancy combo skills to wipe out monsters on vast numbers . There better be a pretty good sum of damage as well o I'll fuck MapleStory up their ass .

Hmmmm . I received a rather shocking invitation to go Genting Highlands .

Of course . It was all Sean and Cedric's idea . Apparently they will be going near this Christmas . But , I'm definitely sure that I will not be able to go as my mum will obviously object to it .

I'm too young and shit ~~~

Besides , she's got a pretty good point . Recently , some college dude got strucked by lightning when he was running back to his car . It seems that he saw the rain was coming , decided to leave only after the rain started to pour and when he ran for his car underneath a tree and ,

BOOM

Other than that , a freak accident occured at a shopping mall in Kota Baru . Two shoppers were killed after a driver lost control of her car upstairs on an open aired parking lot .

I'm telling ya' . What are the bloody odds of these happening ? A car that plunges downwards a shopping mall packed with patrons ?

Getting striked by lightning is now no longer a rare thing . They say the odds of you getting striked by lightning is 100 times less than being killed by dogs .

Yeah right . That was when miles were known as leagues .

Lucky for some of you readers , I am not posting anything about tennis today . Everyone's busy and so am I .

He Finally Does It !

Jaden Joins Pantheon Of

Tennis Greats !

My God , I still couldn't believe it .

It happened yesterday , Saturday evening , where my uncle took me and his children to our club to play tennis .

And for the first time in human history , Jaden finally defeated someone with more years of experience than him !

This counted as an official game , as there were witnesses ( my cousins ) watching the game . The game ended by a comprehensive , 6-4 .

Oh , by the way , we ( my uncle and myself ) go by nicknames .That way , we can both motivate and poke fun of each other by calling ourselves by our nicknames .
He's Rafael Nadal whilst I'm the one and only , Roger Federer .



Here's what happened ..

' Nadal ' took the first service . Usually , his services are very very strong and I've had a tough time returning them . But on that day , I easily returned ALL services thrown at him . All I did was I gripped my racket solidly and the changes were obvious . This was a typical scenario where we trade-shots . I broke his service , and he broke mine . This went on until our score was 2-2 .

When it was his turn to serve again , I successfully broke his serve when he hit a net ball at the score of 30-40 . By then , the score was 3-2 .

I managed to grab hold of another game and then , it was 4-2 . By that time , I kept reminding myself to focus and keep going on . I was like ,

" Don't let him win any more games .
Leave him at 2 "

But , my uncle won his service and also managed to break my service game which made the score , 4-4 . I gave it all I had and managed to bring the score to a 5-4 after my uncle hit an out-ball .

When it was his service game at 5-4 , I managed to break his service after quite some time of trading services and deuces . When it was finally on my advantage , I finally made a forehand winner down the line and sealed the match by a 6-4 score .


The End .

Let me remind you all again , that my uncle was a former tennis champion . He's got like , 3 throphies at home with his name labelled on the front that says " Juara " , or " 1st place " .

Loss , after loss after loss , it was getting a bit boring and agitating that he's always coming out on top . Defeating him was always a dream to me . But now it's no longer a dream .
It's reality . And I'm seriously overjoyed that I finally did !

Federer's wife , Mirka , is actually 3 years older than him . They met at the Sydney Olympics and well , you know what they say ..

Worse Than The Agony Of Falling In Love ?

The winds were blowing , the sun was shining , and the waters of Port Dickson was not oh so white as usual .

Yes , what memories this place has given me throughout my 15 years of my life .

Anyways , here are a few pictures of the place and its surrounding . Though , the water quality seem to have not improved nor degrade , it still is a wonderful place .



















































































And as I sat by the beach gazing upon the brightly lit horizon of the sunset , I admired whats left of its former beauty it possesses . It was truly a peaceful moment as I can only hear the sounds of the waves crashing and my heart beating . It was a beautiful evening , with the sun mild at heart and the winds that trickle upon my face . The sounds of the waves crashing onto shore , pounding on my cousins and myself , aiming more directly onto my private parts which turns out more to be quite a shocker .

All I see at the distance is the wide open sea of the Straits of Malacca which surprisingly has an emerald green effect at the horizon where large but seemingly slow moving ship tankers sail by . Nearby , soft white sand was available all around me while tiny seashells that flow right by me and back into the ocean due to the waves .

There's a strong contrast when one compares Port Dickson to other island beauties like Pangkor , Redang and Penang . The almost-crystal clear waters at these three islands pose as one of the reasons why they are considered by the goverment as potentially '' tourist attractions '' . The undefiled sands of the islands and the air available at these islands are unavailable no where else .

Although all of these criterias make Port Dickson look like a shithole , it does share similarities to other island and beach resorts all over Malaysia .

The people , for instance , are well mannered and are very , very kind . Socialble and full of kindness , these people in Port Dickson are very different compared to us Subang Jaya-ers . I was greeted with a warm smile at every shop I go through . And at every bargain or deal settled ends with a friendly " terima kasih " . It's different , I tell ya' .

Besides that , the seafood there is not half bad . As a matter of fact , it's better than the seafood in the Klang valley . The prawns , squids , crabs and fish available there are fresh as hell and are all well prepared by skillfully trained chefs . Be it a normal shop or a restaurant by the beach , all the qualities of a scrumptious meal prepared will be 99% guranteed delicious . The trick is to find the right shop , that is .

One night , we ordered some crab for dinner . And the amount of meat you can get in ONE of the crab's claw .. it's roughly the size of a oversized mutated lolipop . Here again , I must comment on the generousity of the people . We ordered one and a half kilogram of crabs and there was like , at least two kilograms on that plate .

Although the hotel I was staying was a ' shmock ' , with no heater and such , I still very much enjoyed my stay there because after all the disadvantages I've had to put through , I can still count of a warm and comfortable bed with a breath-taking view of the ocean that awaits me the next morning .

But don't take my descriptions for granted . To really know and feel the place itself , have yourself seated by the shore where the waves are fond of you , place your hands onto the sand that gives you a ' groove ' feeling , and watch the sunset at the horizon that's far , far away . Who knows ? You might discover a beauty of that place you never had seen before .
All you have to do , is open your eyes real big and look out for something you don't usually see ..
